Using CineLoom

Your account

Use CineLoom in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, the people you authorize to work on your projects, and activity in your workspace. Keep sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You remain responsible for scripts, images, prompts, reference files, and other material you upload or create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and share it with CineLoom, its service providers, and your collaborators for the requested work. Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Review AI results

AI results can contain errors, miss instructions, or resemble results created for other users. Review the text, images, continuity, and any factual or advertising claims before approving, exporting, or publishing your work. Using CineLoom does not replace rights clearance or professional review for your production.

Collaboration and review links

Choose collaborator roles carefully and send review links only to intended reviewers. Reviews and approvals apply to the material and versions shared. Changes to a project may need a new review.

Plans, credits, and payment

Current prices, included features, project limits, and credit allowances are shown in Pricing and at checkout. Availability can change; a website example or preview is not a promise of a free plan or a fixed number of generations.

AI credit use depends on the requested operation and model. Review the available estimate before starting work. An estimate is not a guarantee of a particular creative result. Payment confirmation and account credit updates can take time; check the payment status before making another purchase.

Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. To request an upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or help with a billing issue, contact billing support. Deleting a project or clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not seek unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, bypass limits, misuse review links, or create unlawful or abusive material. Only submit content that you are permitted to use.

Availability and your work

Features can change as CineLoom develops. We aim to preserve access to your work, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a fixed completion time. AI requests may wait, retry, or need attention. Keep copies of source files and download important approved work.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains account information, project processing, payments, cookies, analytics, and data requests.
